AI / Machine Learning Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate AI / Machine Learning Developer who can develop smart, data-driven, and scalable AI solutions for modern web and software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data processing, and AI model integration.

You will work closely with developers, analysts, and product teams to build AI-powered systems, automation tools, predictive models, chatbots, and intelligent business solutions using modern AI technologies.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability across different platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and AI-based applications.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation tools.
• Process, analyze, and optimize large datasets for AI training.
• Integrate AI models into web and software applications.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor, test, and improve model performance and accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI and Machine Learning development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, NLP, and data analysis.
• Understanding of APIs, model deployment, and cloud-based AI services.
• Experience working with databases, data visualization, and preprocessing techniques.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and chatbot development.
• Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or AI automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
