Technical Setup, Maintenance & Support Services

Since all services and products are digital and intangible in nature, refund eligibility is limited.

2. No Refund Policy (Primary Terms)

All payments made to Digiature Technology Pvt Ltd are considered non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Once the project or development work has started

After demo access, admin credentials, or source files are shared

After software delivery or deployment

After license activation or installation

If the client changes their mind after purchase

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund request may only be considered if all the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 24 hours of payment

No development or setup work has started

No technical resources have been assigned to the project

If a refund is approved, the following deductions may apply:

Payment gateway transaction charges

Administrative and processing fees

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in situations including, but not limited to:

Delays caused by the client (documents, approvals, communication delays, etc.)

Changes in project requirements or business plans

Lack of technical knowledge or understanding by the client

MLM business performance, earnings, or expected income results

Legal or regulatory restrictions in the client’s country or region

Hosting/server-related issues managed by third-party providers

Third-party API or integration compatibility issues

5. Misuse, Fraud & Illegal Activities

Refunds will not be granted if the software or services are found to be used for:

Illegal business operations

Ponzi or pyramid schemes

Fraudulent financial activities

Any activity violating applicable laws or regulations

In such cases:

Services may be suspended or terminated immediately

Legal action may be taken where necessary

6. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

If any technical issue arises:

Our support team will first investigate and attempt to resolve the issue

Necessary bug fixes and technical assistance will be provided

Refunds are not applicable for issues that can reasonably be resolved by our support team.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

The amount will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase

8. International Transactions

For international payments:

Currency conversion fees are non-refundable

Bank transfer and payment gateway deductions may apply

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first for resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Permanent suspension of services
